Tonbridge Invicta 7 v 0 Senacre Dolphins
Invicta would have been happy with this scoreline at the start of play against a side whose results have improved in recent weeks, but the with the visitors only having 9 players for the game, it turned into a farce by the end with Senacre finishing the game with 7 men, after 2 players were sent off for violent conduct along with the Invicta keeper James Faulkner after reacting to being punched and kicked. Credit to the referee and the Invicta players for keeping their control and discipline in such circumstances to see the game through to the end.. Reece Dangerfield opened the scoring and Hermitage and Thompson made it 3-0 at the break. The second half saw Invicta dominate but the quality of the football was poor. Two penatlies were awarded that Nicholls and Holmes finished well with Reece netting his second and Teddy also getting on the scoresheet to make it 7-0. Hopefully the remaining games for Invicta this season can be played against teams wanting to play football.
